GENERAL INFORMATION
BROWSER CAPABILITY
The websites created are compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 for Windows and Mozilla Firefox 2.0 for both Windows and Macintosh.
USER-FRIENDLY INTERFACE
We use a fun, user-friendly interface. If you can write and send an email with an attachment, you can manage your web site. This administrative interface simplifies access to the database that drives the contents of your site. This means you have control over most, if not all, of the text and images on your site. You do not need to know any database or web page programming to add, delete or modify the content of your site. We also use website templates to speed the web page building process.
This exclusive tool allows you to keep your website effective and up-to-date. Most standard protocol for making a change to a website requires multiple, time consuming steps. Meanwhile, you are stuck with a site that has content that you don’t like and want changed.
This simple interface puts you in total control, providing you with access for each of the components on your website. You simply use a username and password to access the content management tool, protecting your content from hackers. Simply log into the “back end” of your site and use our customized administrative menu to make the text and image changes you need, instantly changing the content on your site. You will never have to pay someone to make those changes, either. You are the winner by saving time and money.
This interface includes an image and file library. This library system allows images in jpg and gif formats, as well as Office (Word, Excel) and PDF file types. The text fields are in a Rich Text Format, allowing you to use underline, bold and italic font varieties for the text on your site. At this time, it is only available in English.
This interface requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 for Windows on the computer being used to login and make the modifications.
HOSTING & EMAIL
Each site we host includes 200 megabytes (MB) of storage for your site and your email accounts. We can set up to twenty (20) personalized email accounts with each domain name. The accounts are web-based and accessed through administrative interface tool, but you can also use Outlook or other email management programs to access your site’s account. Each account has 10 MB of storage and a 10 MB maximum message size per account. Additional accounts and memory are available upon request.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
Managing the content of each site is simple, and to a great degree intuitive. We have found that one training session is sufficient for our clients to understand how to add and manage the information and images on their site.
We will do one training session for each client over the phone, using a web meeting service. This training will require that the client have access to the internet while on the phone. Our specialists will provide ongoing technical support to each client to handle site and server problems that may arise.
With eCommerce sites, the functionality support includes Gateway and Merchant Service issues as far as the site generates information for, and communicates with, the various services. We do not provide any Merchant Services, but can make recommendations.
DESIGN
This refers to a home page and a secondary page design template. The costs are based on per template per option, as each option requires unique navigation. Templates will be based on market-related requirements provided by Business Coach Pros. Each design is provided as is, with any modifications or revisions billed hourly.
CUSTOMIZED DESIGN & PROGRAMMING
If the template does not have a feature you would like, or if you would like a unique design, we can also customize or add to the templates available. The costs for these are determined on a per project basis, at an hourly rate, billed directly to the client.
If you are interested in customizations for your site, we can work with you to create the desired site. Typically, we estimate the time for the custom programming project, bill 50% of the estimated amount at the time the order placed, then collect the balance upon completion.
DELIVERY TIMES
Design Templates
The time frame for the completion of any template design requests will be given at the time the order is placed, based on our current schedule. Typically, we are able to provide the initial design within 10 business days.
Options 1 & 2
Typically, these sites can be launched within 5 business days. Domain name, the client providing content, and SEO issues could delay launch time frames.
Option 3
These sites can also be launched within 5 business days. However, in addition to potential domain name and SEO issues, these also require SSL Certificates, and usually a Gateway and Merchant Service account. Delays with any of these could potentially affect launch times.
Option 4
The launching of these sites will depend on the scope of the project, the amount of time the client can resolve design questions, and the production queue at the time the order is placed and processed. As with the template sites, problems with domain name, SEO issues, required SSL Certificates, Gateway or Merchant Service accounts, could potentially affect launch times.
PPC
The research for these services can be done, and a completed package can be launched, within 5 business days, after approval on key terms, budgets and strategies.
SEO
The first round of content development can be provided within 5 business days of the final selection of key terms and the actual pages to be optimized.

HOSTING (Clients billed directly after the first year)
The standard hosting rate is $39.95 / month for non-eCommerce sites and $62.95 / month for eCommerce sites. However with any of the standard packages outlined herein, regardless of the type of site (non-eCommerce vs. eCommerce), BCP will only charge $39.95 / month.
WEB SITE CONTENT
Development
Even the most sophisticated web designs lose their impact when the content is poorly written or organized. Some companies do not have access to in-house resources to create content that helps them shine. BCPs specialists content developers have over 15 years of experience writing and editing advertising materials, technical copy and creative content. They also keep up with the constantly changing search engine optimization practices.
Data Entry
As developed, our websites are “empty”. That is, the fields and administrative tools are all in place for the client to use, but it does not include any information related to your business. However, our specialists can enter in the information you provide. With large amounts of data, such as extensive catalogs of information that is already in electronic format, we may be able to save you time and money by working out a custom import program or script.

DOMAIN REGISTRATION
Our specialists will help you find and register the best domain name or website address available, for your business, for a one year period.
ADMINISTRATIVE LOGIN Administrators enter their usernames and passwords to access direct capability to make any changes to the web site or to keep their site up to date. You are provided with as many administrative access passwords as desired.
ABOUT US On this page, the client will have a paragraph to describe itself, as well as a photo of their choice. Both the text and the image can be accessed for changes.
CONTACT US INFORMATION On this page, the client will have a text area with rich text editing capabilities to display their mailing address, phone number, fax number, email address, and any other information related to contacting them. Additionally, the client may upload a Word or PDF file (which can be an order form or brochure, etc.).
PRODUCT GALLERY
With this Product Gallery, clients will be able to see images and read descriptions of their products. The client will be able to set these up into categories. At the highest level, there is a page with general text area and a list of categories. Selecting a category takes the site user to a page with another description and summary list of the products. Each product summary contains a product name, a thumbnail image, a brief description, a price and a link to read more information. Using this link takes the user to a product detail page which contains the name of the product, the image used in the thumbnail in a larger format, a more detailed description, an item number, and a price. Every page in this section will have the option for the user to download the Order Form.
A Pay Per Click (PPC) Search Engine (SE) Advertising Campaign is required for this site package option.
WEBSITE OPTION 2 COMPONENTS AND SERVICES
This includes the Administrative Interface, Domain Registration, About Us, and Product Gallery elements described in OPTION 1, plus the following:
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For the user, this page has an introductory text area, a list of questions or topics, and the list repeated with an answer or explanation for each. Clicking on the question or topic at the top of the page takes the user to question or topic with its answer or explanation, with the option to return to the list at the top of the page. There is no limit to the number of questions or topics. The client will be able to add the questions and their answers, as well as manage the order in which they are displayed.
TESTIMONIALS
Here users can read the experiences others have had with the client’s services or products. This page has an introductory text area, a list of testimonials. Each testimonial consists of a text area for the testimonial, the name of the person being quoted, and an optional thumbnail of the person. There is no limit to the number of testimonials. The client may add testimonials and images as needed, as well as manage the order in which they are displayed.
CONTACT US FORM
In addition to the text area displaying the client’s contact information, included is a form users can fill out and submit to the client. The form includes the following fields: user name, user street address, user state, user zip, user phone, subject of communication (client controlled drop menu), and user comments, as well as reset and submit buttons.
When submitted, the information is emailed to the client, and it stays resident on the site. The client is able to add, delete and modify the subject options, and assign different email recipient addresses for each subject.
A Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Search Engine (SE) Advertising Campaign is required for this site package option.
WEBSITE OPTION 3 COMPONENTS AND SERVICES
This includes the elements described in OPTION 1, plus the FAQ, Testimonials, and Contact Us Form modules described in OPTION 2, plus the following:
PRODUCTS DISPLAY
Displaying and selling your products online can dramatically increase your revenue. This page allows you to display your products directly on your website. Your products can be broken down into multiple categories, which assist customers in finding exactly what they are looking for. For each product, you will be able to display a Title, Description and Price, with the option to upload multiple images of the product. This page is completely database driven, allowing you to add, edit, and remove products with ease. You will have a principal image of the product, along with 3 additional views (if used), a product name, a price and a description area for each product.
SHOPPING CART
This option allows your customers to select products posted on the web, and check out. Once the order is placed, you will be notified that an order has come through. You can have shipping rates set based upon weight, or dollar amount. Once orders have been placed, the customer will automatically be sent an email notifying them that their order has been shipped.
This feature requires that you have a Merchant Account. Should you wish the payment to be processed online, you will need a Gateway Account, which requires additional programming. Whenever you collect personal information online, especially credit card numbers, you should have a SSL Certificate to encrypt the transmission in order to protect your client privacy and account information. Options for these are presented below.
INVENTORY TRACKING
This allows you to track your inventory so that you don’t sell more items than you have in stock. After the initial inventory has been entered, each item purchased will be taken off the inventory. It will be very easy for you to add more items to the inventory, as well. This ensures that you never have to explain to a customer that they purchased something that wasn’t in the actual inventory.
MODIFIERS
Modifiers allow you to set extended parameters for your products. Modifier groups are added prior to entering inventory. For example, a blue t-shirt would require a color modifier group, which allows you to add the color blue as the modifier and t-shirt as the product. You will also have the ability to set additional pricing for specific modifiers. For example, if the extra-large sized t-shirts costs $1.00 extra, you would add an additional $1.00 to that size modifier.
PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
This feature allows you to associate any product in your database with as many other products in your database that you desire. It displays a thumbnail image of the recommended product, with its name and price. Clicking on the image or the title then takes the user to the product detail page for that product.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Once a transaction has been completed, your customer will receive an email summarizing their purchase.
MEMBER LOG-IN
This would require customers to sign up as “members” of your site when they make a purchase. Members can log in before checking out each time they shop from your site. The database will supply the members shipping and billing information from memory so that the member doesn’t have to re-enter it every time they make a purchase. Also, members can view all past purchases and transactions that were made on your website.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to avoid future order confusion, all terms and conditions for use of the shopping cart and order processing are clearly stated. The terms and conditions window will be available for review during the initial stages of placing an order and the text within it will be available for editing.
COUPON/DISCOUNT/PROMOTIONAL CODES
This feature will allow you to give your customers coupons that have discount codes on them. When the customer is checking out, they simply enter the coupon code. The shopping cart will then automatically deduct the discount from the customer’s purchase. You can have multiple codes at any given time, assigning different dollar amounts or percentages to each code. Percentages are taken off the entire purchase. They can also have expiration dates. In addition, you will be able to export files with purchase history information in order to analyze code effectiveness.
AUTOMATIC SHIPPING CALCULATOR (Based on current UPS rates)
This shipping calculator will allow you to control how much of a markup you have on shipping, and will allow your customer to see exactly how much shipping will cost them. The calculator will take the shipping rates from UPS, and will factor in the customer’s zip code, the actual shipping rate, and the markup that you have specified for packaging and handling. It will then show the customer three shipping options to choose from. They will choose their shipping rate in the shopping cart check-out, and will know exactly how much it will cost. It will also assure that you make money on all of your shipments. Integration of carrier rates other than UPS (i.e. USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) requires additional work. Please contact your account manager if you are interested in adding this feature.
Note: from time to time carriers will make changes to the module that electronically keeps your shipping information up-to-date. These updates are necessary but are also infrequent and will decrease in frequency over time as technology advancements are made.
AUTOMATED SHIPPING EMAIL
When an order is filled and shipped, an email will be automatically sent summarizing the order and indicating the date of shipment. You will have the option of including any tracking numbers in the email to help your customer follow the shipping process through your carrier.

Should the client want their site to process credit cards automatically, they will also need a Merchant Account and a Gateway. WEBSITE OPTION 4 COMPONENTS AND SERVICES
PROGRAMMING & DESIGN (client billed directly)
This option is for clients who already have a site in which they want modified, or want additions to their site, or want a completely custom site developed. Programming and design are determined on a case-by-case basis.
BCPs specialists do not necessarily need to provide all the services. For example, we can provide design services only, if a client wants to keep their current programming, or do new or additional programming and tie it in to a client’s existing design. The elements included will be driven by each client’s individual needs and budget. Therefore descriptions, prices and time frames cannot be determined until discussing these with the client.

In order to protect data collected by your site, an SSL Certificate is necessary. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) / TLS (Transport Layer Security) - the easily implemented standard protocol for transaction security - is an encrypted link between your Server and your Customer's browser. Once the link is established all communication between your server and your customer's browser will remain confidential.
iSecure is a comprehensive security management system. iSecure Certificates deliver you Industry Standard SSL and are trusted by 99% of the current Internet users - making our SSL Certificates as trusted as the more expensive Certificates from Verisign & Thawte. They utilize the same 128 bit encryption process as the more expensive services. iSecure Pro, the most popular and trusted certificate iSecure offers, warranties your transactions up to $2,500, plus gives you online and toll free support, as well as use of the Trust Seal Logo.
As priced, this certificate is valid for one year. Two and three year options are also available. The client will need to pay this amount on an annual basis.
AUTHORIZE.NET GATEWAY
Authorize.net, a service of Lightbridge, is the preferred global payment-processing service for e-commerce, enabling merchants to process secure transactions in real time, 24 hours a day. Authorize.net processes credit cards and electronic checks, and work with any business model, including Internet, broadband, wireless, call centers, and retail. More businesses are using Authorize.net to process their transactions over the Internet than any other payment solutions provider.
The monthly and per-transaction fees listed are just one combination of many that are available.

Although both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns are necessary pieces of the internet marketing puzzle, PPC can begin producing desired results faster than SEO. This is simply because with PPC you pay to be listed first, and every time a potential buyer clicks on your listing, you pay for that click. SEO will create the more popular natural traffic, however it takes time to get up in the rankings. Both SEO and PPC assure you of more traffic to your site, which will yield more sales for you. And ultimately this is our goal - to increase your profits.
With PPC, we provide the following:
Budgeting and Packages
Your specialist will recommend a monthly budget that will be most effective for your key terms and descriptions. Our specialists will then manage the budget accordingly. Each package includes a recommended monthly budget.
Keyword Analysis
A specialist will work closely with you to discover the current keyword usage in your industry. Those keywords will then be used as a base to find the most popular and most effective keywords and phrases for your product or service. Depending upon your industry, your consultant will analyze a number of keywords and phrases to choose those that are the most effective. You know your business, and we know online marketing. Your editor will strategically edit the descriptions you write about your products and/or services included in your package. Silver PPC
With this package, we recommend that you have approximately $150 to $1,500.00 to spend on the cost-per-click each month. If you would like to invest more into your program, we will customize a package to fit your needs. This package is based on the following:
- 200 final key terms in 6 to 8 categories
Gold PPC
With this package, we recommend that you have approximately $300 to $3,000.00 to spend on the cost-per-click each month. If you would like to invest more into your program, we will customize a package to fit your needs. This package is based on the following:
- 300 final key terms in 8 to 12 categories
NOTE: Monthly account management fees are in addition to the actual per click charges, which are determined with each client based on their key terms, the set strategies, and their budget.
PAY-PER-CLICK CUSTOMIZATION
We can also provide these services for custom numbers of key terms, or custom number of categories based on the client’s product or service (the number of terms which can be realistically and most effectively used), results from the initial analysis, and their monthly budget.
PAY-PER-CLICK TRAINING
With this option, we will spend four hours training the client on how to set up and manage the PPC campaigns, and then provide up to an hour of additional consulting. If additional hours are needed, then the customer will have the option of purchasing a second pay-per-click training or pay the hourly rate of $150.00 per hour.
NOTE: Selecting this option would void any guarantees on site performance. Clients not using our web site services would not have access to our contacts and resources within Google, Yahoo and other search engine services.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION FOR YOUR WEBSITE
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) produces the coveted high ranking natural listings with the search engines, creating more natural traffic than Pay-Per-Click campaigns, however is a longer process. Both SEO and PPC are necessary to assure more traffic to your site, which will yield more sales and a higher conversion rate for your business. Ultimately, the goal of SEO is to increase your search engine rankings and overall traffic.
As part of the SEO process, we research how online users search for and find your type of business, analyzing the key terms used by individuals and the other sites already indexed by the search engines in your market. We then work with you to optimize select pages on your site for the best group of key terms and monitor your rankings over time, making adjustments as necessary. As part of this optimization process, we work on the content of your site, as well as write and submit press releases through various online channels.
The search engines are constantly changing and refining the processes they use to index and rank web pages, and the practices they allow web developers to use in this process. Our Online Marketing Department is constantly reviewing our processes and information provided by the major search engines.
